Beginning, Middle, End – Repeat
If I meditate on my garden, I see, hear, feel each succession of plants that arrive and depart – from spring to fall, with the last being the roses that poke through the snow.
This recorded practice is about the beginning, middle, end of some activity of your choice – garden, craft, a walk, hike or bike ride. etc. It’s a practice of enjoying fully and letting go. And we do this again and again in our lives.
PS. Has anyone seen the movie “Pig”? A good exposition of this practice.
